Is this just a reprint of Pocket Knives of the United States Military. Silvey's books are good to have for a USGI blade collector but they are not.

It's all in the eyes of the beholder, hope this helps.cheers mate, im not so bothered about value as usualy skint so buy what i can afford, im reallly after a book with history about pocket knives, plus something not too big as would be nice to take it to work but i cycle so not much room in my backpackpaul.
- I think your best bet is to search Amazon for 'knife collecting' or 'pocket knife history' and see what comes up. Most knife books, at least the ones I own, show patterns and values with some history mixed in. The 'Bible' of knife books is 'Levine's Guide to Knives & Their Values 4th edition'.
