HOVER FOR DETAILS! This is my own list based on 620 hours of play on Deity.AztecStarting unit is insane. If other civs are close this is the best early game civ. Rushing Districts is extremely powerful.
The luxury attack bonus is ridiculous. 6 cities per amenity is very powerful. Best civ overall by far in my opinion.
- The best place to get cheats, codes, cheat codes, walkthrough, guide, FAQ, unlockables, tricks, and secrets for Sid Meier's Civilization 6 for PC.
- Civilization VI offers new ways to interact with your world, expand your empire. When you're a responsible citizen but everyone is peeing in the pool #civ6. And adds eight new civilizations, nine new leaders, a variety of new units, districts,.
All Wonders - Civilization 6 - Some Wonders of the World 🗼 ↑ This effect was added in the Summer 2017 Update. ↑ Note that 'flat' is not specified in-game. ↑ This bonus applies to any city. ↑ Note that in-game it lists the requirement as 'adjacent to the coast', but this is not correct.
Even the second civ is way behind Aztec. It's like a business class civ.ScythiaMy number two civ.
The combat ability is very powerful. Light cavalry bonus is very good. You should beeline to light cavalry units and have your wars as soon as you discover them. Very good civ overall. Its only drawback is that it has nothing to help with low-production starts. In those games it may be very hard to reach high enough tech level to make a light cavalry unit that matters.RomeCities starting with monuments makes early game significantly easier.
Legion is very good. Bath is good.
This civ doesn't have game-breaking mechanics into the late game but it starts so strong that it will usually be ahead by then. This is very close to Scythia.AustraliaDidn't play this enough but it just plays like a business class civ. From first impression it feels very close to Rome and Scythia. This may very well be the second strongest civ.GermanyMilitary Policy is good beginning from early game but this civ is still very weak when the game starts. Hansa makes up for it, because you can finish them quickly and with very nice bonuses and along with the extra districts, this civ becomes a powerhouse as soon as Hansa's start finishing. It still isn't very close to the other civs, because for early game it has only the Military Policy bonus. The City-State thing can also be used from time to time, but most of the time it is better to leave the city-state alone.RussiaThis civ is very resilient.
Civilization Vi Factions
Tundra bonus can let you expand with a lot more options. Extra tiles at start makes low-gold games significantly easier.
And the trade route bonus is very good when you are behind. Its unit is very good and you should beeline to it. It is an underrated civ because it doesn't shine when things are good but it still gives you a very good chance to win when things are bad, so its strength is a bit hard to distinguish. This is very close to Germany. Australia is by far the strongest civ of all atm. The potential for crazy adjacency bonusses for your campus districts combined with the plus 100% adjancy policy is just plain broken. Add the extra housing from coastal cities and outback stations later in the game to that and you got yourself one hell of an OP civ!
Definetely god tier. The Aztecs are very strong as well when you know how to play with them. Don´t let your cities build the districts over the turns. Only use builders to complete your districts and use the city production to build new builder. Get the Pyramids and the 2 extra builds policy and voila, free wins for everyone! Probably a tier 2 civ.Poland has some very strong features but as a whole I would probably rate is tier 3 ish. Very strong if you´re the suzerain of Kandy and find some wonders for the relic bonusses.
The culture bomb from encampments is really fun but all together they just dont feel very strong. My personal favorite is Trajan. Getting early empire super quick and spamming settlers will allow you to grab tons of land and cities. This will result in you catching up with the AI pretty early on no matter what difficulty you play on. If you know how to utilize the early game advantage definetly a tier 1 civ.I'm 100% Germany is still a very strong pick but I haven't played them this patch yet. The free indstrial district is just soooooooooo gooooood. Tier 1 in just about any patch in my opinion. Then there is Tomyris and Gilgi.
Super strong if youre going for early military dominance. A lot harder to pull of properly on the highest difficultes though since the AI will snowball their tech lead to the point that you can't just easily steamroll them anymore untill you catch up later or cripple them very very early. God tier for lower difficulties, probably tier 2 for the highest difficulties.
It just plays very differently to the first game. Chaos daemons mod. Don't expect to be blown away. Retribution is the best part: I'd almost recommend skipping the vanilla game and Chaos Rising entirely and just buying Retribution, because it manages to actually have a sense of fun, and to make all the races playable. There are worse ways to spend your time, and I guess Dawn of War is worth $20 or so. Vanilla Dawn of War II is very repetitive, and I hope you like bland Space Marines!
Australia are very good. The 100% to production if someone declares war on you or if you capturing citys is very powerful in turn of building it is far better then Germanys having the Hansa's which are cheap to bulid. I also like playing Germany as like the production kind of civs.Tomyris is don't think is as good as Macedonian is just so good Alexander does not gain war weariness can stay at war all gameCities do not incur war weariness. All military units heal completely when this player captures a city with a world wonder. (Hidden: Allows access to the Hetairoi unique unit.).
